Photo Manipulation and Ethics

This article was about people manipulating the original photos with Photoshop. All of the examples in this article were Photoshopped to make them look better. Sometimes Photoshop can make you loose your job or get you in trouble. Some photographers used Photoshop to replace the females with males and they got in trouble.

I think this type of photo editing is unethical. I think this because I don't think it is right to block out women and replace them with men. If its just changing a little thing to make the photo look better is acceptable but i don't think removing people from the photo or replacing them with someone else is..
I think this photo was the most unethical. I think this because they changed her teeth from looking good to making them look bad. They changed her teeth to make her look bad. I don't think its right to make someone look bad when they looked fine to begin with.

I think this photo is the most ethical. I think this because they didn't change that much of the photo, all they did was make it darker to make the photo look better. I think its fine to make the photo darker, but I don't think it is right to make someone look bad when they looked good in the original photo.
